5. Why was my order cancelled? / Why did you refund my payment?


If we returned your money to you and closed your order, it is almost certainly because we were unable to verify your payment or the products you ordered were out of stock. Generally, our customer service staff will contact you by phone or email to discuss with you, but if we can not get in touch with you in 5 days after we receive your payment, we will have to refund for you. As we think, it is our responsibility to ship out your order in time.
Possible reasons for refunding money are:
- Credit Card account name and address does not match your order's shipping address, and there was no response when we contacted you.

You may have to pay a fee when the money is sent to Vogueladies by Western Union / Bank Transfer.
If you pay by bank transfer, please ask your bank to provide you with clear details so you can account for this fee when you pay. For example, if you are paying for a Vogueladies order of $500, and the bank will charge $50 to transfer, please submit for the transfer $550. If you only submit $500 then the payment that arrives with us (in this example) will only be $450 and we won't be able to send your full order.
Vogueladies pays for any bank currency conversion fees within China Merchants Bank. You can submit bank transfer payments in any currency.
If you pay by western union,you need to go to a western union branch. Please also ask them to provide you clear details so you can account for the fee. Please submit the amount including transfer fee.

(五) Shipping questions:


1. Why Can't I Choose My Desired Courier?


Due to difference circumstances in different countries at different time, we have to use our discretion in choosing our courier. All we need from our customers is the length of time in which they desire to receive their products, and we will choose the courier according to that requirement.


2. How will you ship my items?

We ship all our items through courier services to your door, mainly by EMS, TNT,DHL and Fedex. You will receive a tracking number so you can track your package.


3. How long until I receive the items?

Delivery will take 5-10 working days. After confirming your payment, usually we will ship your items within 24 hours, but sometimes we need to check the quality of the items before we ship them to you. So sometimes we will need extra 1-2 working days to prepare.


4. Who will be responsible for item destruction?

If you found any destruction, blot, color fade, crack or other mar of transportation, please refuse to receive the item. If you found any quality problems with the items bought from Vogueladies, please don't worry, we will take all the responsibility. We will refund or exchange for you and pay for the shopping fee. (Please provide us your account for refund carefully. If you give us a wrong account by mistake and we send the money to the wrong account, you should take all the responsibility. After receiving the returned items, we will refund within few days.)

1. Instructions for Returning Faulty Goods

Before returning goods, please contact us first to discuss the issues you are having.
Generally we advise you to return faulty goods by sending them through the Post Office rather than using couriers like DHL, UPS, and TNT. Normally it will take 2 weeks to return goods to us by Post Office.
If you did not buy your product directly from Vogueladies, you will need to contact the vendor who sold it to you.


2. How to Cancel An Order? Before Payment and After Payment.


1. - CANCELLATION BEFORE PAYMENT
If you have not paid for your order, there is no need to contact us to cancel it. We receive hundreds of 'test' orders each day which our members are using to quote certain cart contents and save the invoice for later reference.
We ignore all orders until a matching payment is received. So if you haven't paid, don't worry, we're not processing your order.
You are under no obligation to follow through and pay for an order just because you checked out your cart online. If you want to do test orders to save certain invoices for later you are welcome to do this.
If your order is more than a week old, please note you may not be able to "reactivate" it by sending payment, because the prices of the items may have changed as well as the currency conversions. You may need to repeat the order with a new cart.

2. - WITHDRAWING AN ORDER AFTER PAYMENT
If you have placed an order and you HAVE PAID, and you want to CANCEL, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you are uncertain about something on your order and you think you want to change it, please contact us and put the order on hold while you decide. This will stop the packing process so you still have a chance to make changes.
If the goods have already been delivered, we cant cancel or change the order.
If you want to cancel an order because you are ADDING further products, but not cancelling the previous items, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order is in an early processing stage, you may be able to change your mind and cancel the total order. You can ask for an refund or keep your payment as a credit.


3. Policy of Refund, Repairment and Replacement


We will try our best to make sure the products shipped to our customers are in the best condition.
1. Return and full refund
--Products with quality problems, if notified in 14 days (from the date products were received) can be returned and refunded.
--Customer will need to send the products back to us, when we receive the products, we will give you a full refund.
2. Replacement
--Products with quality problems, if notified within 30 days (from the date products were received) can be returned and replaced.
--Customer will need to send the products back to us, when we receive the products, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you.
--We will all the necessary pay shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you.
3. Return and partial refund.
--Vogueladies cannot give a full refund for quality problems such as:
"I have changed my mind on this product."
"The product is not what I'd imagine it to be."
"I don't like this product after I have received it."
"This Product is not my size."
--We will deduct 15% handling fee based on your order total amount and give you a partial refund.


4. Who Is Responsible for Product Damage Or Loss During Transit?

If you want to dropship, please contact us first. You need to pay 500 USD to us first, then you have 500 USD in credit. After that, you order items from us and give us the recipients details. We will confirm and ship the items to your clients without any information about us. You will get the lowest price. Please be noticed that you need to order at least 500 USD per month. If you take less than 500 USD in a month, the remanent credit will not be refunded. You need to pay another 500 USD to activate the remanent credit. That is, the remanent credit can be cumulated as you pay at least 500 USD per month. If you want photos to sell online, please contact us.
